1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, company, billing address, VAT/Tax ID), authentication data (hashed password, optional 2FA), and the telemetry your monitoring agents send (system health, SMART, ZFS, RAID, Proxmox/PBS metrics). We do not collect the contents of your files.

2. How we use it

To provide monitoring, alerting and AI diagnosis, to operate billing, and to secure and improve the service. Telemetry is retained according to your plan (3 / 30 / 365 days) and then deleted.

3. Processors we use

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. If AI diagnosis is enabled, relevant error telemetry is sent to the configured AI provider to generate a suggestion. Email delivery uses your configured email provider.

4. Your rights

You can access, export or delete your account data at any time. Contact us to exercise GDPR/CCPA rights. Deleting your account removes your servers and their telemetry.
