1. The service
ErrorSight provides server and homelab monitoring, alerting and AI-assisted diagnosis. Features depend on your subscription plan (Free, Homelab, Business).
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and agent API keys, and for the activity of agents you install. Keep your contact email accurate to receive alerts.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed per monitored server through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown excluding any applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to monitor systems you are not authorized to monitor, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5. Disclaimer
ErrorSight is a monitoring aid provided "as is". AI suggestions are advisory and may be incorrect — always verify before acting on production systems. We are not liable for data loss or downtime resulting from reliance on the service.
